As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the stewarding team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead and supervise the Stewarding team to maintain IHG standards of cleanliness, hygiene and efficiency.

Oversee cleaning and sanitisation of chinaware, glassware, flatware, utensils and kitchen equipment.

Coordinate deep cleaning of kitchens, machinery and refrigeration areas.

Maintain a safe, clean and organised dishwashing area.

Ensure correct chemical handling, equipment use and safety procedures.

Support resort operations and events with the setup and movement of furniture, equipment and supplies.

Monitor stock and report maintenance or operational issues.

Train and support team members, leading by example with professional presentation and a positive attitude.
Base rate $28.38 + penalties + loading

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

Previous experience in stewarding or a similar hospitality role.

Strong understanding of hygiene and kitchen cleaning standards.

Leadership and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Hands-on, reliable and team-focused.

Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
