Part-Time Customer Service Officer to join the team. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You will provide customer support and perform accurate data entry, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently to meet both operational and customer expectations.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer (30 hours per week) to support our internal branches across New South Wales. In this part-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing orders, monitoring lead times, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, branches and production teams. You will also:
- Raise, track, and manage orders to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate both verbally and in written form to customers – external & internal
- Communicate with internal teams regarding lead times, order progress, and overdue items
- Maintain accurate order records and generate reports for branch management
- Collaborate with production and logistics to resolve order-related issues
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team
About You
- Customer service experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments preferred
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Office 365 and experience with ERP or CRM systems is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes and support colleagues
