Full-time permanent role, located in Sydney, working from home and in the office
What is ClickView
ClickView is a video platform for K-12 schools. Think YouTube meets Netflix, designed for teachers and students.
We're a fast-moving, innovative team, with HQ in Australia, offices across London, New York, Northern Ireland, South Carolina and taking on the world. Just in the last year we launched in two new countries and acquired two video platforms. TIME named us one of the world's top 30 EdTech companies, alongside edtech’s like Duolingo.
We're based in Sydney, two to three days a week in our Pyrmont office on a wharf on the harbour. The rest of the week, wherever you want to be.
The Opportunity
Six months ago we launched the ClickView Partner Program, a way for great video producers and brands to get their content in front of teachers, in a safe educational space that isn't YouTube. It's gone better than we planned and we're now working with brands like BBC, Crayola and the Australian Olympic Committee, and there are more partners knocking on the door than we can keep up with - that's a huge opportunity.
ClickView is used by 75% of teachers in Australia, and reaches over a million teachers and 7 million students across the UK, US and Canada and New Zealand. That's an audience brands and content producers want to reach, and it's leverage we can trade. Partners get distribution into K-12 classrooms, and in return they introduce ClickView to their own audiences. The key is finding how both sides win, and then bringing the partnership to life.
Our mission is to become the default video platform in K-12 education. We see our existing partnerships as the start of a new revenue and growth opportunity and want to bring on many more, especially in the US, where our biggest growth opportunity sits.
What you'll do
-
Find the win-wins - Work out what each partner wants and what we can offer in return, that’s the strategic core of the role. We want our partners to love working with us, to get real leads from ClickView, and to build their awareness with K-12 educators.
-
Run joint campaigns - Build the campaign, write the messaging, and work with the partner's marketing team to get it live, so both audiences hear about it.
-
Bring in new partners - Work with our Growth teams to research and reach out to educational video producers and brands chasing a K-12 audience.
-
Own the full partner journey - From first conversation to signed agreement, through campaign positioning, public launch, performance reporting and keeping the relationship warm. Each partner has one person who owns their experience end to end, and that person will be you.
You are a fit if…
-
You're currently working on consulting clients and you’re tired of handing over the recommendation and never seeing what happened next
-
You've been at an agency doing good work for clients, but you want to see the impact of it and watch a company grow knowing you made it happen
-
You're somewhere large and well-run, and you've noticed the most interesting decisions happen four levels above you
-
You've got a commercial brain and a creative streak, and your current job only lets you use one of them
-
You want to be able to point at something in a few years and say ‘I built that’
What we're looking for
-
Drive - You start things without being asked. Ambiguity energises you rather than stalls you.
-
Confidence with external relationships - You'll deal with global media brands, non-profits and internal teams in the same afternoon, and need to be credible in all of them.
-
Detail and systems - Partnerships fall over on the unglamorous stuff: the tracking, the follow-up, the model nobody updated. You're the operator who updates it.
-
A high bar - Evidence you clear one: a competitive grad program, top-tier consulting, something you built yourself. We're looking for the signal, not the badge.
-
Growing a company - A real interest in growth and marketing as a craft, not just a job title.
-
Consulting experience is a plus (Big 4 or similar, or a top-tier boutique) - Especially if your work sat on the customer, marketing or revenue growth side rather than cost and efficiency.
