WHAT YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE:
Working in a supportive team environment, where some of the key activities would include:
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods, meeting daily production goals.
- Packing and order assembly duties.
- Handling and storage of ingredients.
- Monitor product quality.
- Perform bakery support duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Availability for weekends and some public holidays.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
- Organisational skills.
- Basic math or computer skills ideal.
- Physically fit – this position requires frequent walking, standing and reaching.
- Able to perform basic math functions.
- Possession of good judgment is essential.
- Professional appearance.
- Understanding of food safety and health and safety ideal but training will be provided.
