Cafe Team Member (Casual)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Cafe Team Member to join our growing café. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, meeting people and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
This is a casual position with short shifts, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible work.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming customers with friendly service
- Taking food and drink orders
- Using the POS system to process sales
- Serving meals and beverages
- Keeping dining areas clean and organised
- Washing dishes and assisting with general kitchen duties
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the café
- Supporting other team members during busy periods
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys customer service
- Is dependable and arrives on time
- Works well in a busy team environment
- Is willing to learn and take initiative
- Has hospitality or café experience (preferred but not required)
- Has barista experience (an advantage, but full training is available)
