We’re Looking For
A Strategy Analyst who brings top tier consulting experience and is eager to apply their skills in a purpose driven property organisation.
- Apply your strategy consulting experience to support the development of group and business unit strategies across Stockland
- Evaluate key strategic opportunities across our diverse real estate portfolio, contributing to high impact decisions
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, building strong and collaborative relationships
- Prepare high quality presentations and written materials that communicate strategic and commercial insights to senior leadership and the Board
- Contribute to initiatives that shape the future of the organisation and support long term value creation
You are passionate about property, real estate and investment and are motivated to apply your strategic thinking in a purpose driven organisation. You thrive in environments where you can influence meaningful outcomes and contribute to shaping communities.
- Experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm, ideally 2 to 3 years
- Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, engineering or property related disciplines
- Strong financial acumen, including modelling and quantitative analysis
- Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
