What you will be doing
Join a supportive People & Culture team with the autonomy to bring new ideas to life. You’ll build strong relationships with leaders and be a go-to person for recruitment support, you will: -
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across all non‑executive roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and smooth onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design smart, people‑centred hiring strategies.
- Use labour market insights to stay ahead of trends and support proactive workforce planning.
- Coach leaders in structured, fair and evidence‑based selection.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to grow our talent pipeline and deliver a standout candidate experience.
- Champion our employer brand, strengthening Suncare’s reputation as an employer of choice in aged care.
You will Thrive in this role if you have
- Around 1+ years’ experience in high‑volume recruitment, talent acquisition, managing busy end‑to‑end recruitment portfolios.
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using ATS (ideally JobAdder), HRIS and workforce data.
- Strong understanding of Fair Work, employment law and talent best practice.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field, desirable.
- Bonus points for experience in aged care.
- Relevant compliance checks (or willingness to obtain).
