Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise workshop staff
- Support technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
- Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard
- Assist with workflow management and job allocation
- Maintain workplace safety standards
- Work closely with Service Advisors and management
Requirements
- Extensive automotive industry experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Ability to manage workshop operations
- Professional and reliable attitude
- Current driver's licence
- Trade qualification preferred
