In this role you will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
- Support referrals and their transition into the Program
- Conduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goals
- Identify challenges such as transport, childcare, housing, or mental
health, and connect students to relevant services
- Be part of a like minded team in a National RTO
- Showcase your exceptional customer service skills
- Conduct sessions to establish goals and provide support
- Build trust and rapport with students attending the program, helping them to stay engaged and reach their education goals
- Helping to change lives
- Ability to work with diverse participants
- Be a driven, supportive and community minded person who can work with learners, and in some regions, non-English speakers
- Desire to support students in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
- Customer centric people person
- Excellent administration skills to manage student records
