Job description
What You'll Do:
Assisting with the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Learning how to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications
Developing skills in the safe use of tools and equipment
Working alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Participating in on-the-job training to gain the necessary certifications and qualifications
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

A passion for the HVAC industry and a keen interest in learning new skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
A willingness to learn and a commitment to completing your apprenticeship
