Your New Role
You'll play a key role in coordinating workplace events, managing schedules, supporting stakeholder requests and ensuring workplace engagement activities are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working closely with Workplace Engagement Managers and internal stakeholders, you'll help create seamless experiences for employers and members
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate workplace education sessions, webinars and events.
- Manage calendars, scheduling and event logistics.
- Support stakeholder requests and team administration.
- Track activity, reporting and event outcomes.
- Assist with workplace engagement campaigns and initiatives
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience with scheduling, events or stakeholder support.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using Excel, reporting and CRM systems.
