We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Barista to join our fast-paced local café team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality coffees and takeaway drinks efficiently
- Managing takeaway orders during busy periods
- Assisting front of house staff with food orders when needed
- Supporting general front of house prep and cleanliness during quieter periods
The ideal candidate will:
- Be professional and well-presented
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well under pressure and stay motivated in a fast-paced setting
- Be organised, clean, and tidy in their work habits
- Be a morning person and reliable for early starts
- Have a basic understanding in operating POS systems
Cafe experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Pay: $31.19 per hour
