Front of House (FOH)
Wolf Cafe & Eatery is looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Front of House team member in a busy café or restaurant is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
