About the Role
We are looking for an Office Manager to keep the day-to-day operations of Loyola Tutoring running smoothly from our Willetton HQ. This role oversees scheduling, staffing coordination, and the systems that support our locations, working alongside our Team Leads who own class quality, and reporting directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management Oversee the end-to-end operational running of all Loyola locations, including timetabling, class scheduling, booklet logistics, and term planning. Ensure each location is set up to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to students and parents.
People Leadership Manage and support the local tutor workforce and offshore remote team. Partner with the Team Leads who own class quality review, ensuring operational support enables their work rather than duplicating it. Handle performance matters, rostering, and day-to-day staff queries, escalating disciplinary matters appropriately.
Systems and Process Improvement Own and continuously improve the operational systems that run the business, including enrollment processing, the class inventory dashboard, and CRM tools. Identify and implement process improvements as the business scales.
Cross-Location Coordination Act as the central point of coordination across all physical locations and online delivery, ensuring consistency in operations, communication, and standards across sites.
Reporting Provide the Founder with regular visibility on operational performance, enrollment trends, staffing issues, and risks, with clear recommendations.
Pay: $79,351.60 – $140,000.00 per year
