What is a School Based Trainee?
You're currently in Year 10, 11 or 12 and ready to earn while you learn. As a School Based Trainee, you'll spend one day each week working at Boost instead of attending school, while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (Business Administration). It's a school-supported training pathway, backed by the Australian Government, that lets you gain real workplace experience, build skills in customer service, communication, teamwork. Pretty sweet, right?

You’ll be more passionate than a Passion Mango, more energetic than a Banana Buzz, and as extravagant as a Banana Mango Bling! You just love bringing the good vibes, whether that’s through epic customer service, a delicious smoothie, Dua Lipa dance moves - or all of the above.
