Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for cleaning windows, glass surfaces, screens, and frames at client properties, delivering a consistently high-quality finish while representing SheerVue with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and frames using proper tools and techniques
- Use squeegees, extension poles, water-fed pole systems, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect glass for damage or issues and report to management
- Set up and take down ladders and equipment safely, following all safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and interact courteously with clients
- Load and unload equipment/supplies from company vehicles
- Follow daily job schedules and complete assigned routes efficiently
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of tools/equipment
- Chosen candidate must excel in dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- Prior window cleaning or cleaning services experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Must be able to drive Manual)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift/carry equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with water-fed pole systems, and window cleaning
- Previous experience in a customer-facing service role
