This is a unique opportunity for an innovative educator to take on a teacher‑leader role, integrating teaching with curriculum leadership in a dynamic Years 7–8 environment. Year 7 will commence in 2027, and Year 8 in 2028
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering an interdisciplinary, experiential program connecting learning to the real world and contributing to the ongoing development of our Middle School pedagogical model.
- Leading the collaborative design of the Years 7–8 curriculum across English, Humanities, STEM and related learning areas to enable interdisciplinary learning.
- Developing and facilitating authentic learning experiences, including Urban Adventures and partnership-based programs
- Contributing to co-curricular programs and broader initiatives across the School’s campuses
- Participating in professional learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement activities
- Undertaking administrative, organisational and supervisory requirements of the programme
- Enabling student wellbeing through pastoral care, relationship building and active engagement with families
- Other duties as required commensurate with your teaching role
What we are looking for
An experienced educational leader with a strong teaching background

- The ability to teach a combination of Mathematics, Science, English and/or Humanities will be highly regarded
- Passionate about contemporary pedagogy and adolescent development
- Strong curriculum design and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students, parents, staff and externals stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work across faculties and with external partners
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail
