About the position:
We’re looking for a Customer Specialist to help drive customer engagement across the full journey from lead to purchase and beyond.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and optimise the end-to-end customer journey
- Deliver targeted, data-driven CRM communications
- Support retail experience initiatives across dealership networks
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams
- Analyse performance data to improve engagement and results
- Coordinate campaigns, projects, and external partners
About you
- Experience in CRM, marketing, or customer engagement roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Adobe experience highly regarded)
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving experiences
- Automotive industry experience beneficial but not essential
