The Meat Safe WA is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Subiaco. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality products, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
* Recruit, train, roster, and monitor staff performance.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and oversee inventory control.
* Ensure attractive product presentation and merchandising in accordance with company standards.
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
* Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and control operating expenses.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations, and company policies.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe retail environment.
About You
* Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent industry experience.
* At least one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage stock, sales targets, and day-to-day retail operations.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Legal right to work in Australia.
