Three C Services Pty Ltd provides bookkeeping services to individuals and private companies, predominantly in the hospitality industry.
Location: Work From Home
Key Responsibilities:
As Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for completing assigned work within established routines, methods and procedures. You will be expected to perform routine clerical and office functions, including
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Processing of invoices and management of accounts payable
- Generating customer invoices and receipts
- Monitoring bank feeds and coding bank transactions
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Regular supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintaining employee master data for payroll
- Processing payroll in accordance with procedures
Relevant Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication skills
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge, including GST treatment of common transactions
- Data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Professional and organization skills
- Knowledge of Xero (preferred), MYOB, Quickbooks or other applications
