Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator
Velocity Support Services is a rapidly growing healthcare provider delivering high-quality services across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA Community Nursing and Healthcare Labour Hire.
SCHADS Level 5-6.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by the ability to:
- Build trusted partnerships across the healthcare and community sectors.
- Increase referrals and client numbers across NDIS, Aged Care and DVA services.
- Develop and grow Velocity's healthcare labour hire division.
- Identify new opportunities with hospitals, aged care providers, disability providers and community organisations.
- Prepare and negotiate service proposals and pricing (within delegated authority).

About the Role
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA
- Develop strategic partnerships with referral organisations and healthcare providers.
- Promote Velocity's full range of services in the community
- Represent Velocity at networking events, expos and community forums.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and capability statements.
- Identify opportunities for growth.

About You
You are someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in business development, sales or relationship management.
- Knowledge of the NDIS, Aged Care, DVA or healthcare sectors.
- Outstanding communication and networking skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence presenting to stakeholders and community groups.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
- National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Healthcare experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome applications from experienced business development professionals with a proven record of building partnerships and growing services.

Pay: $66,563.76 – $99,000.00 per year
