Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Join TJX Australia (TK Maxx) at our fast‑growing Processing Centre in Marsden Park. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused First Line Manager to support our Afternoon Shift operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team and help keep our processing centre running safely, efficiently, and at pace.

Support daily workflow to meet (and exceed!) KPIs

Manage performance and support continuous improvement
Coordinate resources and help the Shift Operations Manager run the shift smoothly
