Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Allied Health Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm at our Ellenbrook clinic.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in the admin, healthcare, disability, and aged care sectors. You will provide vital administrative and reception support to our management and clinical team, helping ensure our NDIS and aged care participants receive seamless, high-quality care.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;
- Greet clients, participants and families warmly upon arrival or over the phone.
- Answer phone calls, manage enquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate clinicians.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and accessible reception, office, and waiting area.
- Assist with entering participant data accurately into our systems.
- Perform general office duties including scanning, photocopying, and handling mail.
- Monitor and stock office supplies, clinical consumables, and marketing materials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Australian Privacy Principles.
Education & Experience
- No prior administration experience required—this is an entry-level/junior role with full training provided!
- MUST be willing to obtain and Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening
