Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services Technician
Moon Engineering Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services Technician to join our growing team in Melbourne, Victoria.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Installation of split system and multi-head air conditioning systems
- Maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems
- Diagnosis and repair of mechanical services equipment
- Refrigerant handling and system commissioning
- Reading technical drawings and specifications
- Compliance with Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements
- Customer service and communication with clients on-site
- Completing service reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical Services
- ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
