About the role:
In an exciting new venture - Tynan Motors has just gained the Geely franchise! We have a fantastic new opportunity for an individual to join our brand new Geely dealership as a Sales Manager located in Miranda!
Geely is the second largest producer of motor vehicles in China, producing over 4 million cars annually and it is predicted this will increase to 7 million vehicles annually by 2029!

Responsibilities:

Overall management of the Geely Sales Department
- Leading and motivating your Sales Team and ensuring benchmarks are reached
- Drive new vehicle sales performance and profitability
- Maintaining the utmost employee and client relationship
- Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets + CSI requirements
- Assisting with Sales when required
Developing new strategies to support the growth of the brands and manage the financial performance of the department.

About you:

Previous automotive sales experience is essential
- Whether you're an experienced Assistant Sales Manager ready to move into your first Sales Manager role, or an existing Sales Manager looking for a fresh challenge with a rapidly growing brand, we'd love to hear from you!

Proven track record & ability to meet Sales Targets, Manufacturer targets and CSI Benchmarks
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
