Sleep Testing Australia is part of the CPAP Direct Group and helps Australians access quality sleep diagnostic services.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people focused Diagnostic Services Support Officer to join our Gold Coast team. This is a healthcare administration role supporting patients throughout their sleep testing journey.
This is a, office based role where you’ll shine as a behind the scenes superstar, keeping things moving with top notch phone and email communication.
You’ll play an important part in coordinating referrals, bookings and patient reports, while working closely with patients, doctors, technicians and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage patient bookings and enquiries via phone and email
- Review and process referrals and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and system data
- Coordinate sleep study reports and follow up outstanding items
- Communicate with patients, healthcare professionals and internal teams
- Help keep workflows organised and on track
You may come from healthcare administration, medical reception, customer service or general office support.
