We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with:
- Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, preferably in bulk & detailed excavation, shoring, and infrastructure works
- Proven experience supervising civil crews and subcontractors on multiple sites
- Strong understanding of project delivery from start to finish, including site establishment, coordination, execution, and completion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge and enforcement of Work, Health & Safety (WHS) and environmental standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, survey data, and specifications
- Current Driver’s Licence (Truck licence advantageous)
- Must be available Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, with weekend work available

Required Tickets:
- White Card
- Supervision qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent)
- Excavator ticket
- Skid Steer Loader
- HR Truck Licence (Highly desirable)
Additional licenses or experience that will be highly regarded:
- Confined Space
- Traffic Control
- Telehandler
- Forklift Licence
- Shoring and trenching experience
