About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll prepare accurate quotations, manage tender opportunities, and support the sales team by providing technical estimation expertise for Electronic Security projects.
You'll work closely with Business Development Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations to ensure accurate project pricing and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Review project documentation and specifications
- Conduct site inspections where required
- Prepare accurate cost estimates
- Assist with product selection and solution design
- Maintain CRM and quotation records
- Liaise with clients throughout the quotation process
- Work closely with project delivery teams
- Support ongoing business development activities
About You To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous Electronic Security industry experience
- Sales Estimating or Technical Estimating experience
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Current NSW Security Licence (or ability to obtain)
- SimPro experience is desirable
