The role
Reporting to the Operations and Engagement Manager and supporting the broader Operations and Customer Experience Team this role will play a key role in the day to day running of the depot. In a wide-ranging role, you will support our customers through the lost property process, the operations team with Committee meetings (setting meetings, taking minutes, distributing information), as well as the end-to-end process of uniform management, expense claims and general reception duties. There will also be the opportunity to support Driver recruitment days and the onboarding for new starters to the business. Strong organisation skills, an appetite for providing customer service and the ability to prioritise will enable you to succeed in this role.
What you bring
Your background may include working in an office / admin environment. Regardless of your previous positions, you are a self-starter who possesses well-developed computer and IT skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite and specialist systems) and organisational skills, with the ability to work within a high volume and fast paced business. In addition, you will be able to work in a multi-disciplined team as well as take the initiative and work independently when required.
