Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Second Manager.

[Position]
- Second Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 38-45 hours per week)
- Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership
[Salary / Before tax ]
- Training period (probation 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability)
- Weekdays $29.00 - $32.00 /hour
- Saturday x1.25
- Sunday x1.5
- Public Holiday x2.25
- Overtime x1.5 - x2.35 as applicable
- 12.00% Super
- Annual leave + Sick leave
[Responsibilities]
- Support the main manager
- Assist in supervising and training staff, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills
- Ensure sushi and menu quality control
- Assist with managing and reporting store sales
- Support handling busy periods and quickly resolving problems
[Requirements]
- Must have a TFN
- Eligible visa holders for full-time work
- Flexible availability (any day, any time)
- Good health
- Able to communicate in English
- Sushi experience preferred, but solid kitchen experience required
- Hardworking and reliable
