Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused End-user Experience (EUX) Analyst to lead the deployment and onboarding of end-user technology within a large enterprise environment. This is initially a 6-month contract engagement, with likely extensions for the right candidate and is based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

The role:
The role acts as a technical subject matter expert for workplace technology, ensuring employees, operational teams and critical functions are supported by secure, reliable and high-performing end-user computing solutions.
The EUX Engineer leads device deployment programmes, workplace technology initiatives, operating system lifecycle management, mobility services and user experience improvements across corporate and operational technology environments. The role works closely with Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Cyber Security, Project Delivery and Managed Service Partners to ensure technology standards, performance and customer experience objectives are achieved.
The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise technology deployments, user onboarding activities and modern workplace technologies.
Key Skills & Experience:

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 5 years' experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.

Experience managing large-scale desktop, laptop and mobile device deployments.
