Team Hyland at Phillis Real Estate is looking for a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to work directly alongside one of our growing sales teams on the Gold Coast.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, communication, social media, and being part of a high-performing real estate environment.
You’ll be working closely under Bailey Hyland assisting with day-to-day operations, marketing, administration, buyer management, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your role may include:
- Managing buyer and seller communication
- Coordinating appointments and open homes
- Social media posting & marketing assistance
- Database and CRM management
- Preparing property files and sales admin
- Organising signboards, brochures & campaigns
- General day-to-day team support
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Well presented and professional
- Comfortable with social media & basic tech
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience preferred but not essential
- Real Estate Salesperson Certificate preferred but not essential
- Driver’s licence essential
