Your Journey Begins:

Commencement: Monday, 6 July 2026.

Roster: This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), operating on a rotational basis between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work a Saturday shift every 1 in 4 weeks.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Customer Interaction: Take inbound & outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Effective Communication: Utilise strong communication skills to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.

Performance: Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.

Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands, adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.
