The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, organise and control the overall operations of the Domino’s Pizza retail outlet.
- Monitor financial performance including sales targets, profit margins and cost control.
- Monitor labour costs, sales performance and operational expenses, and assist in achieving store revenue and profitability targets.
- Determine product mix and monitor inventory levels to minimise waste and control food costs.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff, including shift supervisors and delivery drivers.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with franchise operational standards and head office requirements.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Manage customer service standards and resolve escalated complaints.
Required Skills:
· At least two years of work experience
· Systematic approach to problem solving.
· Exceptional Time management skills
· Ability to work unsupervised.
Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality is preferred
Working Hours: 38 hours / per week
Salary: $76,000- $80,000+ Superannuation
