The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Fence Installer / Labourer to join our team. You’ll be working alongside experienced fencers on a range of high security fencing projects across Wollongong and Sydney - from commercial and industrial perimeter fencing to security mesh, anti-climb systems, and more.
Key Duties
- Installation of high security fencing systems including security mesh, anti-climb panels, palisade, and chain wire
- Post hole digging, concrete footings, and securing structural posts to specification
- Demolition and removal of existing fencing on commercial, industrial, and government sites
- Site preparation, setting out, and general labouring across Wollongong and Sydney project sites
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials, tools, and security fencing components
- Adhering to strict safe work practices, site induction requirements, and security protocols on all sites
- Representing LS Fencing professionally when working on client sites across the region
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in fencing, concreting, landscaping, or general construction (preferred but not essential)
- A current driver's licence - essential
- White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good attitude and work ethic - we'll train the right person

Pay: $30.00 – $42.63 per hour
