The Role
JCCA is seeking an innovative Media Arts teacher to work in a high-performing learning area within Western Australia’s only fully selective arts college. Applications are invited to be a member of a leading and dynamic Media Arts team. The successful applicant should possess the professional knowledge and understanding to deliver an engaging and relevant secondary school Media Arts curriculum to Gifted and Talented students.
Creativity and care for students should be at the forefront of this practitioner’s approach. Experience to teach lower school Photography and Year 11 and Year 12 Design Photography are desired. The successful applicant would be involved in extra-curricular support of student learning in after-school filming, camps and film showcases.
