The Change Enablement Chapter within Everyday People Services (EPS) is focused on creating simple, effective, and engaging people experiences across the employee lifecycle.
We partner with teams across HR and the broader organisation to improve how work gets done, ensuring our people, leaders, and HR teams can easily adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. We combine employee experience thinking, human-centred design, process optimisation, and change enablement to deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our people.
