Woden Community Service (WCS) is a for-purpose organisation that has been supporting Canberrans for over 50 years. Our vision of ‘A caring community where everyone belongs’ comes to life through our values of Inclusion, Compassion, Hope, Responsiveness, Integrity and Social Justice—and through services that keep children’s wellbeing, voice and safety at the centre of everything we do.
We deliver services across the ACT for children, families, young people and seniors—including housing and mental health services—grounded in community connection, inclusion and quality care.
The OSHC Educator helps create joyful, child-led and play-rich before and after school experiences where every child feels safe, known and included. You will supervise and engage with children, support fun learning through planned and spontaneous activities, assist with food preparation and contribute to a welcoming environment for children and families. Working alongside a supportive team, you will uphold WCS child safe standards, meet regulatory requirements and contribute to continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
