part time/casual barista needed
We pay award rates (no cash). All hours before 7am have a penalty rate that is above the hourly rate. Weekend work is also more per hour.
We are a drive through coffee service based in Cheltenham, operating service in the morning as well as catering for sports events, markets and private functions.
We are very passionate and proud about coffee and customer service. Our business continues to grow and so does our team. To be part of our team we are seeking an energetic all rounder barista who is willing to work early mornings and help out with events.
Key Responsibilities
- Able to make coffee efficiently
- Greetings customers and taking orders at the drive through
- Money handling and transactions
- Hands on ability to think on the the spot
- Serving and handling hot food and drinks
- Stocking/cleaning
- Setting up van and equipment for open
- Packing up van and equipment for close
What we need from you
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm
- A genuine passion for customer service and coffee Making
- Previous experience in making coffee in a fast pace environment
- Ability to think on the spot and work under pressure
- Positive and fun attitude
- Valid drivers licence (VIC)
- Available to work mon to sat 4.45am til 11.30
