$205,590 salary package - includes base salary ($181,32, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As the Manager Disability Employment and Accessibility, you will be responsible for leading a specialist team to improve employment outcomes and accessibility across TAFE NSW for people with disability and neurodivergent employees, by developing and implementing strategies that support attraction, hiring, retention and ongoing success throughout their employment at TAFE NSW.
You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to build capability in disability employment and inclusion, influencing practice through expert advice and practical resources. You will lead delivery of workplace adjustment services ensuring processes are human-centred and effective throughout the employment lifecycle. You will have a genuine commitment to inclusive leadership, creating a culture of belonging, and ensuring safe, respectful, and equitable experiences for all people.
About you
You have demonstrated experience developing and implementing disability employment and workplace strategies within a large organisation. Your strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policy frameworks and the social model of disability will contribute to your success in this role.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to build capability, influence decision-making, and embed best practice through expert advice. You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in leading the continuous improvement of organisational content, workplace processes, and ways of working, embedding accessibility and inclusion principles to proactively identify and remove barriers for people with disability.
You will be passionate about developing a high-performing team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence and a customer first attitude through effective leadership and support.
