The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an organised, tech savvy Facilities Coordinator to build hands on experience in facilities management while contributing to continuous improvement.
You’ll support the day to day delivery of facilities services across a large, multi site operational environment, working with maintenance leaders, contractors and internal stakeholders. You’ll coordinate maintenance and store activity while using systems and data to improve processes and reporting. This role will suit someone who enjoys practical coordination and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance in line with contract requirements
- Manage store change activities, including handovers, warranties and site information within operating systems
- Support preventive maintenance programs, inspections and defect rectification activities
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet service delivery and KPI expectations
- Use systems and digital tools to improve processes, reporting and overall operational efficiency
- Support the planning and coordination of service schedules and pricing for new stores, expansions and upgrades
What we are looking for:
Education & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Facilities or a technical discipline
- Experience in coordination, administration or facilities/operations roles
Skills & Capability
- Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using business systems, Microsoft applications and digital tools
- Ability to analyse information and identify process improvement opportunities
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in facilities, maintenance operations and continuous improvement
