The Opportunity
We are seeking a Scheduler / Rostering Officer to support our Home Services team.
Behind every positive client experience is thoughtful coordination. In this role you will help organise staff schedules, so the right support reaches the right person at the right time.
You will be a key point of connection for staff, clients and families, helping services run smoothly and ensuring people feel supported and connected.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and maintain rosters for our Community Support Workers.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to enquiries from staff and clients.
Manage shift vacancies and support service continuity.
- Maintain accurate service records.
Hours of Work and Location
- Ashburton
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Full Time
- Or Job Share for 2 Part Time Candidates will be considered
What you will bring
- Experience in rostering, scheduling or administration, in community services or healthcare highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confident use of scheduling or database systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability
- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Additional language skills are highly valued
