Maher Civil Group are seeking experienced and reliable Scaffolders to join our team for ongoing projects across Melbourne.
We are looking for safety-focused individuals with experience erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter and dismantle scaffold systems
- Load, unload and handle scaffold materials
- Conduct pre-start equipment inspections
- Work safely at heights and in accordance with site procedures
- Follow SWMS, site safety requirements and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Work effectively within a team environment
Essential Requirements
- Current Scaffolding Ticket (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Australian working rights
Desirable Qualifications
- Working at Heights
- EWP Licence
- Dogman or Rigging Ticket
- Forklift Licence
- Experience on commercial or civil construction projects
