The role
As our Administration Assistant, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for the village and provide valuable support to the Village Manager and broader community.
Your impact

- Supporting communications and resident move-in processes

- Providing day-to-day administrative support to village operations
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation
About you

- Confidence using Microsoft Office programs

- Experience in retirement living, property, hospitality, healthcare or customer-focused environments will be highly regarded.
