Our company is growing and with it comes new exciting opportunities for experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our team in our Doncaster location.
Responsibilities:
As Assistant Store Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Store manager and Area Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.
What you will bring:
Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets
Previous Store Manager experience is required
Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
High personal standards in providing superior customer service
Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and other stores of our Network
Weekend and public holiday work will be required
Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
