About the Opportunity
As a Site Supervisor (CARPS), you will oversee day-to-day Environmental Services operations at a site level, ensuring cleaning, hygiene, and performance standards are consistently achieved. This role is critical in maintaining a safe and clean healthcare environment for patients, staff, and visitors while driving service excellence and operational efficiency. In this role you will:
- Supervise daily Environmental Services operations and coordinate staff activities across your designated shift
- Receive, prioritise, and allocate work requests using the CARPS Task Allocation Management System
- Lead, mentor, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to standards
- Monitor and maintain KPIs, hygiene, and quality standards
- Participate in staff induction, training, and performance management activities
- Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Respond to operational demands, including emergency response activities where required

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Environmental Services or a similar field
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff in a team environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High-level computer skills and a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated knowledge of current industry standards in Environmental Services
- Ability to implement and monitor policies and procedures effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of how CCLHD delivers Caring for the Coast and how this role contributes to that vision
