Sales / Customer Service – Spare Parts – Truganina
Location: Truganina, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: $33.85 per hour + super, paid weekly
Type: Ongoing casual role with long-term opportunities
We are currently seeking a motivated Sales / Customer Service Representative to join a growing spare parts business based in Truganina.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills who is looking for a long-term role with genuine opportunities to develop and grow within the business.
Experience in parts interpretation would be highly regarded, however it is not essential, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product and spare parts enquiries
- Providing high-quality customer service over the phone, by email and in person
- Processing customer orders and sales enquiries
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Learning to identify and interpret a range of spare parts
- Assisting with general sales administration
- Working closely with the warehouse and wider operations team
- Learning different areas of the business as you progress
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous sales experience highly regarded
- Parts interpretation experience preferred, but not essential
- Confident speaking with customers and understanding their requirements
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
