We're looking for a Customer Operations, Services & Solutions Leader to lead our Sales Service team and play a key role in supporting customers, sales teams and logistics partners across Australia.
This is a people leadership role at the intersection of Sales and Supply Chain. You'll build strong relationships, lead through complexity, and help balance customer expectations, operational realities and commercial outcomes in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
What you’ll do:

Lead and develop a frontline team responsible for customer orders, enquiries, issue resolution and field sales support

Build strong relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, customers and logistics partners

Coordinate the resolution of customer issues, service challenges and complex operational conversations

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and simplify ways of working

Support key decisions around stock allocations and customer communications during supply constraints

Use data and insights to improve service performance and customer outcomes

Build a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement across the team
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience leading and developing frontline teams

The ability to adapt your leadership style to different people, situations and challenges

Strong coaching capability and a passion for building high-performing teams

Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions

Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong commercial judgement
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

FMCG, beverage, logistics, retail distribution or other high-volume operational environments

Route-to-market, customer operations or complex customer service environments
-
Multi-drop delivery networks, supply chain operations or businesses with high transaction volumes and competing priorities
