Our busy Sydney boutique is looking for an energetic, self-motivated casual bridal stylist to join our team. The right candidate will be considered for a full time position.
About You:
You’re passionate about bridal fashion, up-to-date on the latest trends, and driven to provide exceptional customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and love building meaningful connections with customers.
Requirements:
- Retail sales/customer service experience.
- Bridal experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service, listening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be available 4 weekdays and Saturdays.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist brides in selecting wedding dresses and bridal attire based on trends, body types, and alteration needs.
- Take measurements and recommend sizes.
- Handle store opening/closing duties.
- Follow up with clients and leads from online and social media channels.
- Contribute to social media marketing and content creation.
- Help organise photoshoots.
- Assist with fittings and gown pickups.
- Manage stocktake, inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised store.
- Update window displays and merchandise arrangements.

Pay: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour
