Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of delivery across all assigned healthcare programs and projects
- Manage and govern end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from project initiation through go-live and transition to support
- Own resource planning, allocation, and utilisation across delivery teams
- Ensure the right skills are assigned to the right engagements at the right time
- Drive delivery consistency, quality, and predictability across multiple concurrent projects
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, and cadence with internal and customer stakeholders
- Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Partner with Practice Leads and functional leads to align delivery capacity with demand
- Oversee delivery financials including effort tracking, burn rates, and margin protection
- Act as a senior escalation point for delivery-related issues and customer concerns
- Support continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working
What You Bring
- 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise technology projects, ideally within consulting or Microsoft Partner environments
- Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Program Delivery role
- Strong background managing multiple parallel deliveries and distributed teams
- Demonstrated expertise in resource management, capacity planning, and utilisation
- Experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar enterprise platforms) is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers, practice leads, and senior leadership
- Experience delivering solutions in healthcare, community care, or public sector environments is an advantage
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
